Kurt Bruggeman is a Senior Vice President and Shareholder of Lee & Associates-Irvine, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Mr. Bruggeman served on the Board of Directors for the Irvine office from 2009 to 2016. Mr. Bruggeman’s goal is to provide the highest level of customer service and advice available in the market.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Bruggeman has completed over 700 lease and sale transactions (consisting of office, industrial, medical, land and investment transactions) representing a total consideration in excess of $800 million. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Bruggeman worked in San Francisco for Alex Brown & Sons as a financial analyst in the consumer group. Mr. Bruggeman raised capital and worked on mergers and acquisitions for several companies including Oakley, Starbucks, Cost Plus World Market, Sunglass Hut and Noah’s Bagels.
