Todd Swanson joined Lee & Associates in 2011. After working as an intern for one year to learn the business and marketing tools, Mr. Swanson began his runnership under the direction of Ryan Swanson and Jeff Bischofberger, both top performing partners at Lee & Associates. Currently, Mr. Swanson specializes in industrial, offi ce and investment brokerage in the Inland Empire and Orange County markets. He has joined forces with the top partners to form the Capital Markets Group.

Todd’s focus is on the Orange County industrial markets, in both landlord/tenant, buyer/seller representation and Investment Sales.
With this focus, he is developing further knowledge and understanding of the market.
